Thought Inspired By #tib (Twitter Lingo)

Social networks are a great source of discovering information, but they're also a huge resource for thoughts and questions. I often share my random musings via Twitter and many of them are a direct result of an update I recently saw in my stream.
Veteran Twitter users are very good about offering credit to their fellow microbloggers when sharing information that was discovered by one of their peers. For example "Retweeting" someone's statement will indicate that the thought or link in its entirety came from someone else. Offering a "Hat Tip" will indicate that an interest link or piece of information fell on your radar by way of a certain individual (however you are offering your own unique perspective.
I'd like to introduce a new acronym to the twittersphere: "#tib" or Thought Inspired By. Many times I'll come across a tweet which leads to something related, but obviously linked. In those cases, I think a nice way to offer credit to your colleagues is to make your thought, then say #tib (or tib) and the @username of the individual who inspired you.
